Fondue Broth

Ingredients:

  • 2  bay leaves
  • 2-4 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 2 can nonfat chicken broth
  • 1/2 bottle dry, white wine

 

Mix all ingredients in a fondue pot and simmer for one hour.
Bring to a boil and serve with meats and vegetables of choice.
