Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, finely chopped
  • 10 oz chopped, frozen spinach
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 2 clove garlic, pressed

1.  Mix all ingredients together.
2.  Transfer into a 1-qt baking dish
3.  Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
4.  Serve with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
