Raspberry Beer Cocktail

We had the Knorr cousins over this afternoon.  Every single one of them.   I dared to serve a cocktail I had not yet tasted myself.   We had a similar version on our wedding day trolley ride.  It was called Texas Piss and did not have the raspberry factor.  I guess we’ve moved up in the world since then.  This is definitely a winner and I will be making it again.

A refreshing twist on beer, use the lightest beer available for the prettiest and clearest color.  Garnish with lime slices if desired.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 1/2 (12-oz.) bottles beer, chilled
  • 1 (12-oz.) container frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate
  • 1/2 cup vodka

Stir ingredients together.  Serve over ice.

Note: To make ahead, stir together lemonade concentrate and vodka in a large container.  Chill up to 3 days.  Stir in raspberries and beer just before serving.
